Providing Residential & Commercial HVAC Sales & Service, AirWorks, Inc. is a Registered Corporation of the state of North Carolina and was incorporated in September of 2004 by Jerry Wagner and Louise and Charles Flanary. The original Incorporators sit as the Board of Directors.
In June of 2005 AirWorks, Inc. purchased the stock of M&S Mechanical Inc. This allowed AirWorks, Inc. to expand its employee base as well as its customer base. M&S Mechanical Inc. had been doing business for over 20 years with a reputation of meeting schedules while maintaining competitive pricing.
AirWorks, Inc. is currently expanding its shop facilities to better compete in the Market Place of the 21st Century. New shop and office facilities are in the near future to further expand our ability to serve our existing and future customers.
